Description | Home and Community Care Support Services Central West nursing clinic Integrated Care Clinics provide a variety of specialized nursing services to patients of all ages. Depending upon the specific clinic, these services may include: •Wound care •Drain care •Injections •Central line maintenance •IV therapy and IV access maintenance •Chemotherapy disconnects •Lymphedema care •Diabetes management counselling and education •Education on self-management including but not limited to diabetes and injection •Catheter care •Enterostomal care and education Clinic is staffed by qualified nursing team, primary care access is not availabl |
