Description 22 apartment housing complex, located in the Mel Lloyd Centre, adjacent to Dufferin Oaks in Shelburne for seniors who require extra support to remain living independently  
The housing complex consists of: 
•8 bachelor, 7 one bedroom, and 1 two bedroom senior apartments accessed through Dufferin County Community Support Services - 519-519-925-1048  
•residents whose care needs become too heavy or are no longer able to direct own care will need to look at other options 
•24 hour on-site staff available in case of an emergency 
•pets allowed
Areas Served Dufferin County
Eligibility Seniors who require extra support to remain living independently but do not yet need the care of a long term care home. 
Physically disabled persons over the age of 16 who require full supportive housing. 
Residents will need to comply with Village standards and local bylaws
