Description Day Program for frail older adults, adults with cognitive disorders and acquired brain injury and younger adults, in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care in secure area  
Services include:  
• physiotherapy  
• dietary assessment :special diets and utensils  
• swallowing assessment  
• hot lunch and a.m. and p.m. snacks  
• access to doctor, nurse, dietician, social worker,  
• caring clowns  
• BBQ's/monthly luncheons  
• gardening  
• spiritual services  
• art and woodworking groups  
• music and discussion groups  
• large home activities  
• birthday/seasonal partys  
• happy hours  
• Intergenerational program with the Child Care 
additional:  
• medication reminders  
• toileting assistance - supervision  
• wandering registry  
• mobility assessments  
• hearing screening  
• dental checks  
• podiatrist  
• hair dressing 
• transportation through WheelTrans, Red Cross, Canes Community Care, Vaughan Transit and CHATS
