Description Employment Support and Skills Development Services: 
 
The Employment Related Services (ERS) program, funded by IRCC, supports Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees in achieving their employment goals. The program offers daily workshops and guest speaker sessions covering topics such as job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and digital skills. In addition, clients receive personalized one-on-one support, including employment counselling, mock interviews, and resume screening.
