| Description | Team Unbreakable is a registered charity with a mission to promote physical health for mental well-being. Team Unbreakable has developed an 8-week learn to run program program with physical activity and mental health modules that is designed to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve youth mental health through physical activity. It is also designed to fit seamlessly into the Ontario Health and Physical Education Curriculum. All resources and program leader training and support is free to schools and community organizations. |
