Description The Peel Crisis Capacity Network (PCCN) provides time-limited, transitional crisis/urgent supports to individuals (11yrs & over) with a developmental disability or a dual diagnosis (ie: developmental disability and mental health needs). The Network's services are provided by a variety of organizations in Peel region who have partnered together to create the PCCN.
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (excluding statutory holidays)

Eligibility Ages: 11 year(s) and up 
 
This support is for individuals who have a developmental disability or dual diagnosis (developemental disability and mental health needs) in crisis.
