Description Victim Services Directory: The Victim Services Directory (VSD) is an online database that provides information for victims of crime about services available throughout Ontario. The VSD link is http://services.findhelp.ca/ovss.  
 
Victim Support Line: The Victim Support Line (VSL) is a multilingual telephone service that provides information for victims of crime about services available throughout Ontario. Information Counsellors are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The VSL telephone numbers are 1-888-579-2888 and 416-314-2447. 
 
Victim Notification System: The Victim Notification System is an automated telephone service that provides information about changes in the status of provincially sentenced offenders (sentences less than 2 years). Callers can register for the Victim Notification System by calling the Victim Support Line at 1-888-579-2888 or 416-314-2447.
