Description/Eligibility/Service Details
| Description | General psychiatric assessments are on a consultative basis for patients presenting with a wide variety of psychiatric and addiction symptoms. Patients are assessed with a view to providing clinical care direction to the referring physician. |

| Application | Referral required from a family doctor, psychiatrist or nurse practitioner. The main sources of referral for this service are community physicians, although the service provides consultation to numerous internal CAMH programs as well as external programs.
