Description & Services

Description The Crisis Response Service offers a Telephone Crisis Response and, where appropriate, a Mobile Crisis Response for young people under age 18 who are experiencing a mental health crisis, and their parents or caregivers. Mental health crises may include, but are not limited to: parent-child conflict, school concerns, suicidality, self-harm, substance use, stress, depression, and parenting concerns.
Hours Office closed to all clients and visitors.  
 
Main Office:  
Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m to 8:00 p.m. 
Friday 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m.  
 
Crisis Response Service: 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Areas Served Peel Region
Eligibility Ages: 17 year(s) and under 
 
The Crisis Response Service also supports parents and caregivers of children/youth who are experiencing a mental health crisis
