Description Family Law Service Centre provide services to financially eligible persons with a family law case, who do not have a lawyer of their own.  
These services include: 
family law information 
drafting of court documents 
organizing client's materials 
simple non-court advocacy 
other services 
Clients must be screened and referred by an advice lawyer or duty counsel, or by Legal Aid Ontario's Client Service Centre
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Areas Served Peel Region
Eligibility Must meet low-income, low-asset eligibility test. 
Formal referral from duty counsel, advice lawyer, or Client Service Centre.
