Description The mandate of the Housing for Older Adults in Peel working group is to develop and promote ways of meeting current and future needs for appropriate and affordable rental and ownership housing for older adults and seniors in the Region of Peel.  
 
In 2001 it was originally established as the Peel Advisory Working Group on Older Adults' Housing (PAWGOAH) and in 2011, changed its name to Housing for Older Adults in Peel (HOAP) working group.  
 
We provide information resources on housing options for older adults in Peel. * give direction to helpful services * facilitate FREE presentations to the public upon request, including "Housing Options as We Age," * deliver educational seminars to professionals who deal with older adults. Agencies are welcome to contact HOAP t request presentations for their older adults groups.  
Please note that these presentations can be delivered on weekdays, weeknights and weekends
