Description/Eligibility/Service Details
| Description | The Coalition for Persons with Disabilities specialize in working with people with self-disclosed disabilities. We are all-encompassing when it comes to the definition of these disabilities ( physical limitations, mental health – diagnosed or self-disclosed, learning abilities; as well as impairments) We are quite inclusive to the individuals we provide services to. Employment services include: • Accommodation and accessibility related assessments • Pre-Employment training and workshops • Resume and cover letter revision • Career decision making • Labour market information • One-on-one personalized councelling • Funding for education and training for qualified participants • Wage incentives for employers for qualified participants • Personalized programs for the deaf and hard of hearing • Job coaching • Job retention |
