Description The purpose of this non-profit youth organization is to enrich the local community by encouraging responsible and participatory citizenship amongst its youth.  
This program involves education, sailing, canoeing, camping, winter sports, citizenship, first aid, survival, leadership skills, community services, life-skills oriented training, fitness, community parades, and free summer camp which is offered all across Canada.
