| Description | Provides support for people who have a developmental disability, in partnership with their families and the community to lead enriched and meaningful lives. |

| Eligibility | Ages: 2 year(s) and up Age: Depending on services/support required. Persons with an developmental disability. Pre-school Support Program: Children 2-6yrs; Service Coordination: Children 0-18yrs Service Co-ordination: Adults 18yrs and older;Must confirm eligibility through DSO Community Connections Program: Adults 18yrs and older, no longer in school; Youth Quest Program: 14-21yrs who are still in school; Summer Experience: 16-21yrs who are still in school; Supportive Employment: Adults 18yrs and older; Respite Program: No age requirement. Note: All adults, 18 years and over, must confirm eligibility through Developmental Services Ontario before accessing services. |
