* EH Cafe / Weekly sessions are run by volunteer facilitators who are fluent in English and committed to helping you build your English conversation skills.

* Settlement Assistance / New to Canada? We help newcomers in adjusting and integrating into the Canadian society with individual support services and group sessions offered both virtually and in-person. We provide individual assessments of settlement needs and help newcomers develop a detailed action plan. We assist with the completion of government forms and applications, and preparations for the Canadian citizenship test. We conduct information sessions to illustrate what life is like in Canada, including volunteer and community engagement opportunities. We connect newcomers to social networks and community services for health, housing, education, childcare, employment, finance, immigration, post-secondary education, language learning and legal supports.
