Description Community legal aid service * provides summary legal information by telephone or in person * assists in determining if a problem is a legal one * will help in disputes regarding most government agencies (including Ontario Works, Ontario Disability, employment insurance, workers compensation, old age and disability pensions, immigration, etc) * advises and represents tenants * provides preventive law seminars on areas of law handled by the clinic (how to appeal an OW or ODSP decision, process for eviction, rights in the workplace, immigration applications, etc) * organizes projects to bring about systemic change with interested community agencies

Satellite clinic also offered at Malton Neighbourhood Services on Thursdays, 4 pm-6 pm
Hours Mon - Wed, Fri 9:30am - 5:00pm 
Thu 1:00pm - 5:00pm 
Closed daily from 12:30pm to 1:00pm
Areas Served Mississauga - including Malton
Eligibility Financial eligibility test mandatory for representation
Application Appointment recommended
Fees Free legal services provided for those who cannot afford a lawyer (see eligibility criteria)
