Skills/ExperienceVolunteers will bring basic skills and it is an expectation that everyone will share their experence when needed.
Qualifications/CertificationAll volunteers will be ambassadors for the BRDF, and in return the BRDF will give respect, incentives and opportunities for future advancements.
Length of CommitmentLong Term (more than 6 months) ; An ongoing commitment is expected. The BRDF will keep records of volunteers and if required will give recommendations to future employers.

LocationAll volunteers will work from their computers.
Accessibility (AODA)Unknown ; All volunters will be assigned passwords and have full access to our website to complete their projects.
TransportationGroup meetings will be kept to a minimum until the BRDF has secured an office.

The BRDF asks that volunteers give five or more hours per week.Because you will not be in an office setting (at least not in the begining) you can choose your volunteer time. Volunteers will be assigned projects that have a due date.
SeasonsYear-round ; Because of continuous updating of our online presents, volunteers will be needed 12 months of the year.

The BRDF will need volunteers in every position within the organization. It is also a policy of the BRDF to fill all future full/part-time staff and management from our volunteer department.
