Duties of RoleWork with a group of youth 13 to 24 years of age to come up with creative ideas for programming, activities, and information sessions that are offered at the Newcomer Information Centre. Share ideas, plan events, lead sessions, participate in meetings.

NIC Youth Advisory is a group of youth (13-24 years) that plan various initiatives & activities targeted for newcomer youth and their parents to support them with effectiveintegration into Canadian Society. The groups meet twice a month to plan and organize theseinitiatives. While taking part in the meetings, newcomer youth learn a variety of skills andearn community service hours.
