Duties of Role- Picking fruit from the back yards of home-owners who have registered their trees with us.  
- Helping out in gardens located in the yards of home-owners who have allowed us to use their space to grow food.
Benefit(s) to the VolunteerPromoting equitable access to fresh local fruit and community initiatives for strengthening and empowering neighbors to share in the harvest of surplus fruits that would otherwise go unpicked or be wasted.

Qualifications/CertificationDesire to build and strengthen connections within community groups through the planting, stewardship, harvest and/or preservation of fruit.

Length of CommitmentOne Time Only ; Short Term (less than 3 months) ; Each event is a stand-alone event. You can volunteer at as few or as many as you wish.
