| Duties of Role | - Picking fruit from the back yards of home-owners who have registered their trees with us. - Helping out in gardens located in the yards of home-owners who have allowed us to use their space to grow food. | |||
| Benefit(s) to the Volunteer | Promoting equitable access to fresh local fruit and community initiatives for strengthening and empowering neighbors to share in the harvest of surplus fruits that would otherwise go unpicked or be wasted. | |||

This opportunity is best suited for those who want to support sustainable change in the food system while helping their local community in a very tangible way. | |||
