| Duties of Role | To educate the public about vision loss, promote vision health, and enhance awareness of CNIB and our services. - Speak on behalf of CNIB to community groups, corporations, schools, seniors’ centres, vision health professionals, etc. - Use your multi-lingual language skills in speaking with ethno-cultural community groups OR share your personal experience with vision loss and CNIB - Set up and staff displays at community information forums with other volunteers and/or staff - Demonstrate technical aids with other volunteers and/or staff - Submit a report within one week after each presentation - Attend ongoing training as requested | |||
