| Description | The Peel Chinese Community Service Hub is a single pioint of access which was developed to enhance community access to programs and services in Peel. It is a culturally sensitive, language-specific servcie centre for Chinese residents. It aims to link Peel's residents of all ages and cultural backgrounds with volunteer opportunities and training, employment and settlement services to enhance successful integration. It also serves as an information, recreational, and education centre with a broad range of programs delivered by co-lcoated and mainstream service providers to empower community residents and strengthen the neighborhoods in Peel. Our Services: *Information and referral services *Community outreach *Space for service provdiers and grassroot agencies to deliver their services *Volunteer recruitment and training Collaboration with mainstream service organziations to promote and provide the following services: *Settlement services *Employment training *Language training *Senior services *Youth programs *Early learning and parenting program *Volunteer programs *Family services *Social and civic engagement *Community, service and business information dissemination | |||
