Description	Long-term care facility * 161 bed (64 ward, 97 private) * non-smoking * accepts light, medium and heavy care residents * behavioural unit and complex care unit All applicants (including those currently on waitlist) to the home who have a recent history of smoking must provide evidence of successful completion of a Smoking Cessation Program and a physician's verification that the applicant has been smoke-free for six months

Fees	Admission - Basic: $1619.08/mth *Private: $2166.58/mth ; All fees are determined by the Ontario Ministry of Health & Long Term Care on an annual basis * Fee assistance available for eligible applicants for standard/basic rate ; assistance is provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
