| Description | The Village of Erin Meadows is a 180 beds facility (72 basic and 108 private) with 6 neighbourhoods . These neighbourhoods accomodate secured and non secured residents . Long term care homes for the aged, are operated by private companies, local governments and not-for-profit organizations, and are regulated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care * accommodation rates, which are set by the provincial government on an annual basis, include - 24-hr nursing and personal care * medical care and medical supplies * personal hygiene supplies and equipment * all meals and snacks * social, recreational and physical activities programs * laundry services and daily housekeeping including residents' personal clothing and labeling * separate charges apply for special medications, private telephone line, nurse escort services, cable TV and other items that are fully explained prior to completion of the admission contract | |||
