| Description | Homewatch CareGivers provides in-home homecare and daily living assistance to people of all ages, including seniors, new mothers and children, individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities and those who are recovering or rehabilitating from surgery or accident related injuries. These services are provided in the home (private residences), in retirement homes, hospitals, and long-term care homes. *FREE in-home assessment *Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call Anytime *CRISIS RESPONSE: In a crisis, we will provided a CareGiver to your door, ready to help within 2 hours of an urgent call in the core service area. *SERVICES: *NURSING: Medication management * Vital sign monitoring and reporting * Oxygen use monitoring * NG tube care * Sterile dressing change * Colostomy care * Wound care * Blood glucose monitoring * Tracheotomy care *PERSONAL CARE SERVICES - assist your loved ones with looking and feeling their best while maintaining their dignity and independence: Bathing and Grooming Assistance * Toileting Assistance * Body lotion or moisturizer application * Eating assistance * Turning and repositioning. *COMPANION CARE SERVICES - not only provide comfort and emotional support, but also include those errands, tasks and chores that make life easier: General housekeeping * Help with errands * Social engagement * Arts and crafts * Social outings * Light housekeeping * Transportation services *CARE SPECIALITIES: *DEMENTIA CARE: Specializing in Dementia care through our proprietary Pathways to Memory Program.
