| Description | Next Step to Active Living Program, a therapeutic recreation program, offers a supportive environment for adults (21yrs and over) with acquired physical disabilities * links adults to an active, independent lifestyle within the community, in partnership with the City of Mississauga* participation in this program will assist physical, social, emotional and cognitive development * activities include cards and games, personal exercise program, chair-ercise, relaxation, balance, pool activities, yoga, tai chi, etc * offered at the following locations: Huron Park Recreation Centre, 830 Paisley Blvd, Mississauga * S of Mavis Rd & Dundas St W South Common Community Centre, 2233 South Millway Dr, Mississauga * Erin Mills Pkwy & South Millway Dr | |||
