| Description | Comcare Health Services offers a wide range of services that include basic home and hospital support as well as complex nursing treatments and therapy Nursing Services - includes general nursing * complex care * palliative care * wound care * enterostomal therapy * pediatric nursing * mental health nursing * pain management * infusion therapy * geriatric nursing Personal And Home Support Services - includes personal care such as bathing, mouth care, denture care * assisting clients dress/undress * assisting clients with nutritional needs * assisting clients with drainage of catheters * providing caregiver relief or respite * assisting clients into and out of bed and cars * assisting clients onto and off the toilet or commode * preparation of meals * household management such as light housekeeping, getting groceries, mending and laundry Professional Therapy Services - includes speech language pathology * dietetics and nutritional counseling * physiotherapy and occupational therapy * social work * industrial hygiene * wellness and health promotion programs * kinesiology Other Services – includes immunization programs * patient-attendant care program offered in conjunction with local hospitals * Patient Attendant Caregivers who provide constant bedside observation, meal, positioning, and ambulation assistance in addition to light personal care | |||
