Description	Day program designed for individuals with Alzheimer or other irreversible dementias * operates three other locations in the Peel region (Meadowvale and Brampton) * all three locations provide counselling, education, resource and information services
Hours	Mon-Fri 7 am-7 pm
Areas Served	Mississauga - S of Hwy 403
Eligibility	Ages: 18 year(s) and up    Must have valid Ontario Health Card * not be served by another agency funded under the Long Term Care Act * able to bear own weight
Application	Referrals are not formal; anyone can call for information; CCAC must assess for eligibility
Fees	Program - $16/core hours (9 am-4 pm); additional care for extended hours; transportation: $8/round trip in Peel
