| Description | Day program for individuals with Alzheimer Disease or other cognitive impairments * offers social interaction, recreational opportunities and outings in the community * ADL assistance (toileting and feeding) * transportation services * fully secure environment (for wandering clients) * optional extended hours available * morning snack and hot lunch provided * additional meals available with extended hours * high staff to client * three locations in Peel (Meadowvale, Port Credit and Brampton) * individuals requsting transportation may be referred to an alternate site * see separate entries for other Alzheimer services | |||
