Description Nutritious food and community programs designed for Caledon area 
 
Community Support - confidential one-on-one support, programs and resources to address the challenges faced by individuals and families in the community. Programs and resources include: care coordination, food support, help with heat, subsidies for recreation, education and more 
 
Community Engagement - a place for farmers and food distributors to send in their excess produce and other products that will supplement the nutritional needs of many community residents 
 
Community Building - through support of community members, CCS services and programs are available to everyone in the community. Offers opportunities for businesses to increase their presence within the community, create a team building experience and get involved to make a positive impact 
 
Community Food Donations - help from the community to host a food drive or just drop food off. Current needs are jam, honey, Nutella, peanut butter, mac'n cheese, pasta sauce, canned tomatoes, cereal, ketchup, BBQ sauce, flour, oil, sugar, almond milk, family size juice and juice boxes, crackers, cookies and kids' snacks (granola bars, fruit cups, fruit snacks, popcorn, pudding cups) 
 
Food Support Program - a selection of healthy fresh and packaged food provided to ensure nutritional needs are met * open to residents of Caledon who are on limited incomes 
 
Community Kitchen - A place to gather and learn about basic nutrition and how to prepare meals 
 
NOTE: 
Services provided to residents in the Town of Caledon only 
Services NOT provided to residents of Brampton, Malton, Dufferin County, North Etobicoke and West Woodbridge
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm
