Description	The Rexdale Women's Centre is an independent, not-for-profit, voluntary agency that serves high-need women and their family members    Ethno-Cultural Seniors Programs and Services    The Centre offers many programs and services for ethno-cultural seniors in their own language. In addition, seniors engage with other seniors from other cultures, share views, ideas, traditions and learn new skills    The Centre provides yoga classes * civic engagement in community matters * social events and activities * community and educational workshops * excursions * information on community resources and services
