Description	VHA Rehab Solutions (formely known as COTA, is now a division of VHA Home HealthCare) offers health care services at all stages of life. Rehab professionals include:   Physiotherapists  Occupational therapists  Speech-pathologists  Social workers  Dietitians    VHA Home HealthCare is a member agency of the United Way Toronto and a contracted provider for all five GTA Community Care Access Centres (CCACs), Durham Access to Care, York Region Community Care Access Centre (CCAC), Chatham/Kent and Sarnia-Lambton Community Care Access Centres (CCACs), City of Toronto - Homemakers and Nurses Services program, and the Regional Municipality of Durham.
Hours	Rehab services Mon-Sun 24 hours through Intake ; Office Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:00pm; Closed Weekends
Areas Served	Chatham ; Durham Region ; Halton Region ; London ; Ottawa ; Peel Region ; Sarnia ; Toronto (City of) ; York Region
Eligibility	Seniors; families; new parents; those with physical and mental disabilities; terminally ill individuals
Fees	Most of the services are provided free of charge through local CCACs if the client is eligible.     If clients need more hours than the CCAC can offer, or are not eligible for CCAC services, contact VHA directly. There would be a fee for these services.
