Description	Meals on Wheels: Provides meals to individuals living at home to ensure that nutritional needs are being met. Volunteers deliver either hot or frozen meals, provide regular social contact and monitor for potential crisis situations. Special diets are available to accommodate client dietary needs (eg. diabetic or low-sodium diet, etc.).   Congregate Dining: Offered in the Mel Lloyd Centre in Shelburne, the congregate dining program provides a nutritious hot meal and an opportunity for a social evening out.
