Description	Seniors Ride Connect, locally integrated Transportation for seniors to medical and health related appointments * group shopping * religious or cultural events * weekly errands  Clients will be assessed on the phone. Rides will be confirmed 24 hours before the client is picked up. Any cancellation will require the clients to notify the office
Hours	Seniors need to book rides 72 hours in advance to the appointments

Eligibility	Ages: 55 year(s) and up    In order to use service, client must have a physical disability or be 55 years of age or older
