Description	A safe and friendly space for older adults from diverse cultures to meet * reduces social isolation of 'at risk' ethnic seniors * supports development of social networks * promote health and wellness and build self esteem and self confidence to lead an independent life  Program activities:  Exercise classes (yoga, gentle fitness, stretch and strength) * Health and wellness workshops and seminars * Diabetes education - pre and post exercise blood sugar testing * English language classes * Arts and crafts * Visual Arts program * Congregate dining * Health snack Program * Healthy eating and cooking classes * Women talking to women - peer support program * cultural celebrations *Advocacy and civic engagement sessions * Music workshops * trips
