DescriptionHospice is not a place - it is a concept of care which is designed to provide comfort and support to clients and their families who face a life-threatening illness or bereavement. 
Services include: One-on-one Volunteer Support * Day Programs * Caregiver Support * Bereavement Support * Training and Education * Library *Legacy writing *Art Therapy 
Services are available throughout Dufferin County in the home, hospital or in our facility. Hospice Dufferin services are provided by trained volunteers and supported by staff.
