Description	Administers, Develops and co-ordinates a range of community support services * Serves the elderly and physically disabled adults of Dufferin County * Promotes maintaining client independence in the community * Arranges for support and relief to caregivers * Links clients to appropriate community resources Services Include: Adult Day Program (Only in Main office) * Home Help * Respite * Transportation * Meals on Wheels/or Frozen Meal Program * Friendly Visiting * Home Maintenance * Volunteers * Congregate Dining (Main location )
