Description	The Mono Therapy Centre is an association of psychotherapists that share a common view of human nature, trauma, healing, growth, fulfillment and meaning.They offer couples and family therapy, as well as, individual therapy for children and adults.     The Mono Therapy Centre deals with a great variety of emotional problems such as: anxiety * phobias * panic * obsessive-compulsion problems * mood disorders * depression * bi-polar * addiction * childhood physical * sexual and emotional abuse and much more.   Methods used in therapy sessions include but are not limited to: psychoanalytic, behavioural - cognitive, gestalt, body techniques and art therapy
