DescriptionRichview Residence, owned and operated by the Richview Baptist Foundation, provides high quality affordable housing and related services that enrich and vitalize the lives of seniors and their families  
Richview Residence is comprised of two apartment buildings, the “Kipling and Clement Buildings” designed especially for older, independent-living adults. 
Richview Residence, Kipling Building consists of 128 suites of residential accommodation, 120 of which are one-bedroom suites, and 8 being two-bedroom suites. Each suite is equipped with a modified kitchenette, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living area, and a large walk-in closet. 
Richview Residence, Clement Building, offers 195 suites comprising 189 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. Each suite within the Clement building is equipped with a full-service kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living/dining area, and a large walk-in storage closet. 
Services include: optional dining program * hairdresser * weekly activities and monthly entertainment * community bus * access to on site banking * supportive housing program for those who qualify

ApplicationApplication Process for Richview Residence 
Applications for “regular market residency" must be obtained through the Richview Residence office. It is requested that applications be completed, in their entirety, by the applicant following a tour of the facility Applications should then be submitted to the Richview Residence office by mail or in-person. 
Application Process for Rent Geared to Income 
Rent Geared to Income Assistance is available through Housing Connections Inc. for applications to the Kipling Building. Applications for Rent Geared to Income residency must be made directly through “Housing Connections”. For further information on this process please visit their website, www.housingconnections.ca 
FeesService ; Fee assistance available for Applicants who require financial assistance to live at Richview Residence must apply through Toronto Social Housing Connections at 416-392-6111..
