DescriptionAdult Day Program for South Asians, where we provide a continuum of care for those who are frail-elderly diagnosed with long-term illness and or a disability, or have physical and cognitive impairment. Services are offered in a culturally appropriate and language specific manner. Our client centred supportive services meet their unique needs through physical, mental, emotional and social stimulation. Activites are planned to promote health and well-being, independence and healthy aging at home. Catered South Asiam meals are provided to clients. 
 
Senior Wellness program for healthy seniors: A weekly structured program. Groups of Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Gujarati speaking seniors. 
* Presentations are conducted on various health related topics 
* Mental aerobics, arts and crafts, word puzzles and indoor games 
* Field trips and outdoor activities are organized during summer 
* Telephone Reassurance 
* Friendly Visiting Services
