DescriptionAdult Day Program for South Asians seniors * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults, adults with disabilities, and adults with Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, Parkinson and Stroke in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care 
• secure area 
• extensive exercise program 
• mental and social activities 
• music therapy 
• horticultural therapy 
• foot care 
• healthy breakfast and nutritious lunch (South Asian) - special diet available 
• friendly visiting offered by trained volunteers for home bound clients 
• security/reassurance check 
• medication reminders 
• caregiver counselling and education 
• counselling service for responsive behaviour (BSO) 
• toileting, diaper assist 
• feeding assist 
• transportation assistance - help in accessing service from TransHelp, Red Cross, Canes and Passenger Assistance Program

Program hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm
