Services offered include: Professional nursing services Home support services Meal preparation Companions and sitters Personal care services Appointment escort services Infant and child care services Palliative care Alzheimer care Parkinson care Respite care Brain injury care Foot care services 24 hour live-in care, and shared care Home Care Services for individuals with brain injuries: Works with individuals with brain injuries (and their families) while they transition from acute and/or rehab care institutions to a manageable home environment. Services include personal care and support workers, registered nurses, homemaking support and respite services. WeCare Home Health Services is accredited by the Canadian Council on Health Services (CCHSA), the recognized authority for accrediting hospitals and other health care providers in Canada. | |||
