| Description | VHA Home HealthCare offers a full range of services including: Nursing care* Palliative care Child and Family care Adult and Elder care Personal care Attendant care Home support Extreme Cleaning Clutter and Hoarding removal Medical foot care Mental health support Wellness and flu clinics Caregiver relief/respite Information and referral services Supportive housing Rehabilitation services** *The nursing program offers supplemental staffing and private duty services in the hospital or home. Nurses can perform activities such as administering medications, wound care/dressing, and foot care. **VHA Rehab Solutions (a division of VHA Home HealthCare) offers health care services at all stages of life. Our rehab professionals include: Physiotherapists Occupational therapists Speech-language pathologists Social workers Dieticians VHA Home HealthCare is a member agency of United Way Toronto and a contracted provider with Toronto Central, Central, Central East, Central West, South West, Mississauga Halton, Champlain and Erie St.Clair CCACs, the City of Toronto's Homemakers and Nurses Services program and the Regional Municipality of Durham. | |||
