| Description | ASupreme Nursing & Homecare is a Canadian owned corporation which has been operating since 2005. We are a member of OHCA. ASupreme offers PSW's, RPN'S, & RN's who are licensed, registered & certified. All employees are screened, bonded, insured & covered with professional liability insurance. They are trained and evaluated on an ongoing basis. Our services are offered to homecare, retirement homes, long term care & hospitals. ASupreme Nursing & Homecare employees are trained to work with seniors of special needs & requirements including Alzheimer, Geriatric, Dementia, Palliative & Respite Care. Professional staff is available daily, weekly, overnight & 24 hours. We are a service provider for the Veterans Independence Program. ASupreme's homecare & private care covers the following: Companionship & sitter services Incidental transportation Running errands & personal shopping Light housekeeping & laundry Meal planning & preparation Medication reminders & monitoring Personal care including bathing, grooming, feeding & ADL Infant & child care Post surgical care Foot care Aquired brain injury care IV therapy Rehabilitation Wound Care Provide: Direct billing to Insurance & WSIB where applicable Information and referral services FREE, In-Home, Fall Risk Assessment and Home Safety Check. | |||
