Description	Residential care for 12 people requiring type I nursing care (i.e. not more than 1.5 hrs nursing care/day). Base rate includes 24hr supervision, registered nurse available for special needs, administer medication, meals, cable, housekeeping, laundry, social programs, etc. Telephone and personal grooming costs are not included.  This retirement home is not yet approved by the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA), a voluntary, non-profit organization that sets professional standards, inspects and accredits retirement residences in Ontario.
