Description	This residential setting is able to accommodate 18 people. Base rate includes:  Laundry  Meals  Housekeeping  Access to recreation facilities off site  Nurse on call 24 hours  Doctor's visits can be arranged by retirement home staff, if family not able to make arrangements, a base fee of $25 applicable.  There are 6 bathrooms shared by the residents    Private telephone and grooming services are not included  Cable is available for a small fee    This is a locked facility, able to accommodate wanderers; light to medium care is available for residents.  Accepting individuals with special needs and meantal health issues.    This retirement home is not yet approved by the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA), a voluntary, non-profit organization that sets professional standards, inspects and accredits retirement residences in Ontario.
