| Description | Provides hot, nutritious meals to seniors & persons with disabilities, who for short or long periods of time, are unable to manage their own food preparation. Meals are kept warm in heat insulated containers and are delivered daily (Mon-Fri 11:00 am - 1:00 pm) by volunteer drivers. Meals are prepared in Peel Manor under the direction of a dietician. Special dietary needs are available as prescribed by the client's physician. Frozen meals are also available. Additional meals for Saturday, Sunday and Monday holidays are available and are delivered on the Friday before the weekend. These include frozen meals. | |||
