| Description | Wellspring is a support centre for cancer patients, their families and caregivers. A wide range of free programs and services, including individual peer support, are offered to help individuals living with cancer and those who care for them, cope with the emotional, psychological, social and informational elements of a person living with cancer. Wellspring offers 45 free of charge programs: Peer Support * Patient & Caregiver Support * Cancer Exercise * Art Therapy * Music Therapy * The Healing Journey * Drumming * Breast Cancer Support Group * Children’s and Parents’ Support Group * Return to Work * Brain Fog * Coping strategies *Meditation * Bereavement Support Group * Return to Work * Qi Gong (form of Chinese exercise ) * Tai Chi & Experienced Tai Chi Practice * Writing for the Health of it * Yoga and Restorative Yoga * Knitting for Wellness * Lung Cancer Support Group * Ovarian Cancer Support Group * Prostate Cancer Support Group. | |||
