| Description | Offers assessment, diagnosis and treatment for people experiencing mental health problems. Services are provided by a multidisciplinary team and focus on providing support and education regarding the diagnosis and treatment strategies. People enrolled in this program attend a variety of group sessions which include education about medication, how to manage anxiety, relaxation and stress management techniques and effective relationships. The team informs clients about community resources that are available to them following discharge. | |||
