| Description | The Knight's Table provides meals and food services to the needy and those affected by poverty in the Peel Region First Bite Program - provides clients with a nutritious breakfast free of charge * Mon-Sun 8 am-10 am Cecil's Kitchen - helps anyone who needs a warm meal during the day * Mon-Fri 12 noon-6 pm * weekends & holidays 12 noon-4 pm Our Pantry - provides emergency food supplies to vulnerable families in the community * on registration, eligible families can take a weekly food bank supply * Wed-Fri 12 noon-3 pm * closed on weekends Good Neighbour Program - surplus bread and baked goods (donated by local grocery stores) are delivered on site * any family may take these items home, free of charge * Mon-Fri 8 am-10 am; 12 noon-6 pm * weekends & holidays 8 am-10 am; 12 noon-4 pm Kids Just Want To Have Fun (KJW2HF) - seasonal kids camps (March Break and summer) for deserving children who are looking for fun, friends, and exciting experiences * call for registration information Holiday Hampers - provides holiday hampers to needy families (food, toys and clothing that have been generously donated over the year) Volunteer opportunities | |||
