DescriptionProvides programs fro attitude change and relapse prevention * Counter-Point Program for Attitude and Behavior Change * teaches offenders to identify, alter and replace pro-criminal beliefs * provides them with the skills necessary to sustain pro-social attitudes and behaviors * eligibility: federally sentenced medium to high risk male offenders * Anger & Emotions Management Program For Attitude And Behavior Change * teaches participants self-monitoring and self-management skills that allow them to reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of their anger and, consequently, end their patterns of aggression * eligibility: adolescent males (13-24yrs); adult males (25yrs & over) at risk for inappropriate or violent behavior and, in many cases, anti-social recidivism * Structured Relapse Prevention Program (SRP) * outpatient counselling program for substance abusers
HoursQueen St W Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Wednesday 5:30 pm-8:00 pm * Program hours vary

John Howard Society's Anger and Emotions Management Program is not designed to accept men with mental health or current domestic violence issues
