Description	An open group for women who have experienced any form of trauma. This group helps connect with your body and mind through yoga and bioenergetic exercises that will help you experience wholeness, empowerment, connection & healing. This group runs for 8 weeks. All group sessions are free. Yoga mats are provided.    The group alternates between Brampton and Mississauga locations.
Hours	Please call the intake line (905-450-1608 ext 112) to find out about current group days, times and location.  Agency Hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30am-9pm and Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
